So I ended up fixing my problems with a maf bought from a crashed disco in a junkyard, I've driven a few hundred miles sense then and no problems! Thank you everyone. It sometimes dies a second after I start it up but will start fine the second time I try, I think I will clean the idle control valve and see if that helps
