Lucky8 Body Lift
Anyone used one before? How do the bumpers look, do they include bumper relocation brackets?
Seems to be a good idea to fit 32-33" tires with a 2" suspension lift without too much investment
Thanks guys

Funny I just called them for one. They weren't sure if they had them and they were only 1.25" and about 125. I'm not sure of what it came with but it isn't come with steering extension (not needed anyways) I'm not sure if it came with body tie rod extensions or radiator bracket.
I wanted two inches anyways for me 33.5" tires so I ordered 10 2x2" poly blocks off amazon and 10 6" grade 8 bolts for 60$ steering extension SHOULDN'T be needed for 2" radiator bracket is simple. Drill a hole 2" lower from existing! As for body tie rod haven't figured thy out yet. But I'm saving slot of money

For a 2" body lift done right and safely you need the steering extension. The RoverTym kit comes with it, as does the DAP kit I believe.
Also you want metal blocks for the extension, not rubber or poly. If it's not rigid they will allow too much movement in the body.

Check with DAP.
Also here's one.

Although the ebay one doesn't appear to include the steering extension, though that wouldn't be difficult to make.
It has nylon spacers for the body floor pan which is ok, but has aluminum spacers for the main supports which is best.
I've had a RTE kit for over 7 years with no problems at all, including rough off-roading and carrying heavy loads.

my question is for you body lift guys is two things...one how does the front and rear bumpers look after body lift..i used to have a silverado and when you body lift you had to get bumper relocation kits...second..can it be done by one person?
Look around for pictures. Umpire relocation is super easy just Berbers right bracket which almost anybody can find or make you need a drill a measuring tape and a peice of metal.
It can be done by one person though it's a bit tricky. You need something to hold the nut while you turn the bolt or vice versa I have done it before a racket will spin and eventually find somethihg to lever against.
