Less then $5 if I remember right. Its kinda nice perfect fit also no cutting or anything, maybe just a very little bit in the corners or you can just bend it. You definately want to use plenty of epoxy (I used 2 packages) and take plenty of time cutting the grill out.

Boom. Just purchased 20 cutting wheels for my dremmel, a two part epoxy and length of gutter guard for under fifteen bucks. Can't wait. Hopefully tomorrow.

Personally I like the stock grille (minus the poor quality of the plastic) but this mod is pretty awesome.

So mine was a total pain in the ***. Only because last year in the snow i smacked my front end and the alignment is ALL messed up. I took the time to spray and replace a new passenger headlight finisher at the same time and making everything fit was a BEAR. But the actual cutting of the grill and the gluing of the mesh was super easy. I didnt even clean the bird crap off of it while i had it apart. haha

I'm so bummed my headlights are misaligned, they'll probably never be right. Sigh.
so, as far as trimming the lower air dam, do you have to CUT the bumper caps?

Looks good Tuff, now go grab some Forever Black and get those bumpers looking right! It would be shame to have the grayed out bumpers steal attention away from that sweet grill job!

P.S. It's on sale right now at AB if you need to order anything else.

I do. I always do. Front pads. Rocker cover breathers, always something. Now it's forever black too. Maybe I'll just paint them flat black and start painting the truck flat black one part at a time. Haha

Hah, you're on to something! I forever black'd my bumper end caps and front bumper caps and middle piece, but I just flat black's my wheels and while I was letting a coat dry I went ahead and flat black'd my running boards(?), err lower side trim. Love it.

This project was not meant for me haha, I finished cutting out the bumper with an angle grinder but the metal won't stick. Plus I think I got a tad bit smaller than the rest of you guys and I barely have any glue space on the top and bottom.
