you gotta use that two part quick setting epoxy. Dont quit on the project and buy a replacement just yet. did you for real cut the hole too big? Like no fixing it?

Brian, yeah but you gotta wait till my hellas come in, too bad your arent mounted up front anymore. My truck would be like a little mini version of yours

I did it exactly like the guide says. I placed the tape barely on the edge of the air holes and cut that all out. I didn't have a dremel so the corners aren't as neat but that's alright. How long does the height hav eto be? 4 inches?

34 1/4" x 5" the gutter guard was 6" i think. Not a ton to play with but enough. Most importantly there was room on the sides to glue a lot

I just called Lowes and Home Depot, the largest size they carry now are 3" - 4" x 36". I guess I got the 4" because it fits..just not enough to glue. They said the would have to special order anything over that and I just checked online for "Premium Hinged Gutter Guard" and it's a product by Amerimax and they sell for $20 for a sheet..

The mesh might be for 3 or 4" gutters but th mesh might be wider cause it curves. Go to lowes and look at it

Don't tell me that because the one I bought curves, and it was the one that BARELY fits. I'll measure it in the morning. I kind of used the mid section of my finger as an inch and measured 4 of them haha

I would never have thought I'd go for the 2 tone (plain metal grill) but I really like that. All the examples look great and I can do the same on the D1 and D2. Really very, very, nice guys. Just the type of work I can and want to do!
