482000 km 97 D1 tranny rebuilt by po about 5 yrs ago, swivels, bearings, seals etc on front. DD and fishin' rig I've put 25000 km since I got it 2 yrs ago and still runs a champ (fingers, toes and everything else crossed) coolant hoses and bushings to replace this spring and the usual rust repairs. All in all great truck.

Then I may have just picked up a 2 owner 97' with 119K...

 

 

I'll try and post a pic in a couple of days. It is -30 C with a wind chill to about -42 C and the truck is outside. Call me chicken but I'm NOT going out there. I also have a'96 D1 with 270000 km.

97 discovery 150,000 mpg 15-17 , but just did new mt51 tires on stock drive train , I'll post if mpg changes these tires 245/70/16 where only $475.00 off eBay real nice tires , but time will tell .

 

213k on everything but the engine. Fresh rebuild on the Engine with 114k Looking for another transmition for a rebuild to replace the original before it dies.
