Default Mug flaps replace

I want to replace my mud flaps but not sure how to remove the bolt? It doesn't seemed threaded more like a riviot. Any advice?

do you have molded running board, wheel well mud flaps or the standard ones that hang under the vehicle?

The standard mudflaps that hang under them. I have a pic can't seem to attach it.

My '01 were riveted. But I believe they're rivoted to a frame that screws into the molding.

Check out Rovers North for more details.

Mine were riveted on and when I removed my side steps they looked weird so I drilled out the rivets and made new flaps then used stainless bolts and nuts in the old rivet holes.

I used a cutting wheel to get mine off. Replaced with nut/bolt.
