I did mine on the rear this weekend. Took about 15 minutes for both sides. Get yourself a hacksaw & cut the rivets from the rear about 1/8 from the mounting plate. Stick a screw driver between the mud flap & plate. They come right apart. Carried the replacements in the back of my Disco for months thinking needed to drill them out. Simple repair!!
