Need Engine Advice, Please Help!

I also have a small leak coming from the crank shaft bearing seal. How easy of a fix/replacement is it. Im pretty mech inclined so turning wrenches is no issue for me. Or should I just leave it?

if you are you asking if you should leave a leak? my answer would generally be no.

I had a little drip drip when I got my rover...the oil pan nuts were loose..tightened it up..no more leakage...
