4 sided is called a square drive I believe.

hmm well according to wikipedia allen and hex are the same thing, there's a history section but im not that bored lol, I've always thought allen and square drive were the same..but maybe I'm wrong

whoops, sorry about hi-jacking your thread pwr...sounds like it has to be a fuse or controller if it's both not working..do you have the rave manual?

If both stoped at the same time,I would check the fuse first,then probaby the control box(believe its called a sunroof ecu). Or if you wanted too first, check power in and out the switches. But I doubt they would both go bad at the same time.

Check all of your fuses 2 times.
