One option not mentioned is doing something like a leather wrap on the whole door. If you could find some cheap vinyl material (not the wrap, i mean the fake leather) and use spray on adhesive like the factory does and wrap the door panel. Tan will be hard to match, but its possible.

 

Alright I found a pair for $100 plus $60 shipping that I ordered. Will post pictures when I get back home and install them. They're in ok a shape except for a dark spot on the passenger right side.
