I can see the email now, oh you have a nas rover, sorry we only build for UK ones

Guess at worst you may need to mode that bracket and weld it to the frame

Even worse: they said I need to contact LRDIRECT bc they don't offer the help service. Apparently they are only a warehouse.

I called and emailed: LRDIRECT they're helping. I sent them the pics l posted on here and on the phone they said they confirmed with BRITPART it was for a D1 and they sent the pictures to a Land Rover garage and when they figure out how to mount it they will email me back.

In the mean time my front bumper from Lucky8 is in so I'm En route to pick that sucker up.

UK and ROW discovery 1 doesn't have a receiver hitch built into the chassis like NAS discovery 1 does. Maybe that's what's causing the issues.

Why do you need that bracket?? Most D1 rear bumpers just utilize the stock mounts, I believe.

Maybe to strengthen it to use those hi lift jack lift sockets, could be thin metal, I like the idea of adding that center support, if it were me I would probly make sure the bumper bolts up on the outer mounts and then modd that bracket as needed to fit behind and weld it to the frame

IMO this is the answer they will give or that the part is not needed on has rover and enjoy the extra holes
