We made sure to clean everything we could. I also cleaned the valve covers and intakes and as much sludge as I could get off the side of the block and heads.

Update:
Today my dad and myself fixed the injector problem. Now no fuel leaks and it runs very smooth and starts right up. The only thing I noticed is the first time it heated up when I went down to get some gas is it didn't want to start after that. I just turned it over about 3 times and it fired right up.
I also pulled up the trunk carpet, and there was rust to be expected. I do not have any through holes but the pass. side near the back of the trunk is pretty much rotted through. I will get some pictures soon and post them up.

Well when I get the rest of it apart I want to figure out where it leaks in, I am suspecting the back windows ( the seals are very dry rotted) but I am trying to find a cheaper place to get them. The other thing I can't seem to find is where to get door seals at a good price, all of mine are either flat as hell or rotted and falling apart.

So last saturday I took out the distilled water I put in after the Headgasket job and put in a mix of 50/50 w/ water wetter. I went to change the thermostat but I broke the lower bolt off trying to get it out. I let it alone for now and its not leaking, but that will have to be attended to.
I took yesterday off to work on some body work, but unfortunately I was beat from doing a tough mudder sunday afternoon so I didn't do much of anything.
Anyone have any suggestions on the course of action for the broken bolt? My dad has done a few drill outs before, but I don't think he has on aluminium.

Flickr will be my new home for a things disco pictures, I have a bunch of shots of the damage up there.
I was not feeling to bad about the boot floor, but then I ripped up the crappy waterlogged excuse for insulation under the drivers and passenger seat, boy was I shocked
