Default New Disco 1 owner needing help with freeze plugs

Hello men and women,\
I am a new owner of a 1996 disco 1. The previous owner sucked but he nearly gave it to me. Step one was to redo the cooling system.
The radiator is trash along with the heater core. I found one freeze plug gone under the motor mount passenger side. As soon at it put water in it i have more water coming from between the starter and from the bell housing. Guessing more freeze plugs. Do i have to pull the motor to get to the freeze plugs in the back of the motor? I am hoping nothing in the block froze. Wish me luck everyone in my journey with the little rover..

There is only one plug on each side of the block.

Go to the google drive link in my sig and look for the workshop manual in the D1 section. Also find electrical manual as well as others.

A '96 DI 4.0 has ( 8 ) freeze plugs, (3) on both sides of the block and (2) in the rear.

Are those pressed in? Once removed, how are they replaced?

I had drain plugs in my head.

Yes, the freeze plugs are just pressed/driven in with a hammer and a seal driver tool(or impact socket).
Looks like this >
