Default New ECMS wont start Disco

Any ideas? There not new, there used from a junkyard.
engine just turns over. Any reason to this? Security?

I bet the dealer has to do their thing to it.

And im getting a couple misfire codes.

Give them a call first and plead your case. I went in with the TSB in hand and he charged me $100 bucks to re-program mine. Worth a try. TSB is attatched.
