Default New Front Hub Not Fitting

ok.. Needed to replace drivers side front hub (96 D1. Vin ends in TA510065). Ordered a new one (Part # RUB500240) off ebay (allmakes4x4 brand) from the ebay arm of Lucky8llc I think. Looked good when it got here.. Installed it but when I went to put tire back on it wouldn't mount flush on the new hub. If you look at the pic of the installed new one (2nd pic), see how the flange bolts are not centered between the lug nut bolts (they are slightly off)... then look at my inner rim.. you see the opening for flange bolts are centered exactly between the lug nut bolts. And the old hub (1st pic) also has the flange bolt hole centered exactly between the lug nut bolts.

So anyone else have this issue ? is it the wrong part or just a defect ? I contacted the ebay seller back and they said they paired a few with a tire and it worked fine.. But there's no way this hub will work on my truck unless I modify the rim somehow.

Old Hub

New installed Hub

Inner Rim

thanks!!

I would force another one from the sellers tiny clenched mitts, the two pics are proof positive it's not going to work. Stay away from All-Makes if you can.

True, I knew all-makes was hit or miss but had pretty good luck with them until now... ordered a new one from another vendor to see how it looks. Hopefully above is just an anomaly
