hello out there, i just bought a 94 disco 1 three days ago. loving it so far, even though it needs lots of work, mostly TLC maintenance. i was wondering if anyone would know why a green trailer light on dash would light up when i turn on my turn signal. I am really hoping it is not a short some where.

Also, i have been reading this forum since the day i bought the truck and want to thank everyone for the questions and answers. i have learned more about this vehicle in three days, than i have about any other car i have owned.

 

I have wondered that to, since I got mine, when it actually gets on the road.

Mine does it on left turns or rights turns, I can't remember, but it only blinks for a moment and goes off.

 

yeah, mine does it on both. left and right, just as i hit the signal arm then gone.

 

normal. nothing to worry about.

 

it is normal. if it doesn't come on when you flip the blinker on then there is a problem. basically, it is letting you know there is not a short in the trailer wiring.

 

If your alcohol content is too high, there will be two trailers...
