Look at the overall condition of the truck, doesn't strike me as it came from Toledo OH.

I think instead of asking the seller if he'll mind if I lift his carpets I'll just get under it and look UP while giving everything else the eagle eye. Pretty good judge of vehicles by now......but that's me. Maybe you need to lift the carpets, I sure don't mind razing you over it, kinda fun.

 

The the bull bar alone is already some good chunk of change. It looks great. Hopefully it runs the same as well. Break a leg.
