Default No heat unless revving.

Coolant it topped off, I think bleed correctly, new thermostat.
Heat only comes on a little while raising revs a little.
If truck is idling no heat at all, rev 60 sec a warmer air comes out.

WHAT AM I MISSING?

thnx in advance

Sounds like there is still air in the system. Bleed it again.

Either that or belts misrouted...... not uncommon for the DIY crowd.

The impeller works better in the opposite direction.

Sounds like air indeed.

Run the RPM up to 2700 for about 40 seconds with the heat on full blast.

OK, after 3 or 4 times of topping up Reservoir while cold, then driving it. Seems to be reaching the heater core now.
