Well as I stated in the new member area, I am in need of a 3.9l engine. Being my first Land Rover, I am so used to classic VW's that I did not even consider the possiblity that getting an engine is not as easy as it should be. Does anyone have one holding up the coffe table, of sitting in the bedroom closet?

I wish, every where I called either didn't have any or only had the 4.0l. I found one that wanted my first born kid for payment. I am guess I am still adjusting to the shock of how much people want for a 15 year old engine. I would just rebuild the one I have, but it has a huge hole in the right side where a connecting rod came through.
