If it is a gasket above the water pump and under the intake manifold that is the valley pan gasket. Intake has to come off. See attached from your RAVE, under "engine"

If is is the gasket between the water pump and the block then the fan and WP have to come off to get to that.

I think I know what he is saying, is the puddle right ontop of the "valley" of the engine and right below this thing that looks like a ball with a neck on it and the upper radiator hose connects to?
If so that if the thermostat housing, start by tightening the hose clamp.
If that does not fix it replace the thermostat and gasket.
You should also invest in a new set of radiator hoses, Land Rover Parts & Rover Accessories From Atlantic British | Discovery, Range Rover, LR3, LR2, Defender, Freelander and Land Rover Series Parts & Accessories has hose kits, everything you will need to do the job right.

Clean off all the old coolant and pressure test the coolant system, you will find the leak real quick.

Took it to a indy shop today to diagnose why it wont start unless I jump it first and it well start fine for about three days or so this is what they came back with,
Diagnose drivability problems/client concerns and advise.
RESULTS:
- PRessurized cooling system and did not see any coolant leaking in the valley.
There was a little bit on top of the water pump, but is not leaking at this time.
- Upper rad hose is Very bloated and is leaking at the rad. Advise replacing hoses.
Fan clutch is very loose. Should replace.
- Vehicle does not have any fuel pressure after test driving. Checked and found that
the fuel pump relay is working and is supplying good output to the fuel pump.
**Advise starting with the fuel pump and fuel filter for the hard start condition.
- Cannot check alternator because the vehicle wont start. Battery passed load test /
alternator looks new.
SRS light
fault code 65280
The ignition supplied voltage is or has been too low. Cleared code and it stayed off.
Dose this look right?
I’m just not sure what is really going on with it.

Why could they not test the alternator? They took it for a test drive, but say they couldn't test it because vehicle won't start? How did they test drive it without starting it?
