I just purchased a truck with one of these. Where are you located? I can take a picture tomorrow if you would like. Its a pretty straight forward set up so should be easy to reproduce.

The center plinth (cool word I learned from the catalog!!) is just slightly notched , but would swap for an un-notched one if it mattered to you. Russ
