Oil filter adapter for temp and psi
Figured I'd include this info here as well for those interested.
If you are interested in adding an oil pressure gauge and oil temp gauge, then the proper sandwich adapter is in the link.
Oil Filter Sender Adapter - 3/4 unf-16
The oil filter for the following vehicles all list the 3/4 - 16 thread. So the adapter should theoretically work assuming there is adequate room to install.
Just checked, and the same filter is used for:
Land Rover Defender 3.9 L 3947 CC V8 1993 - 1993
Land Rover Defender 3.9 L 3947 CC V8 1995 - 1995
Land Rover Defender 4.0 L 3950 CC V8 1997 - 1997
Land Rover Discovery 3.9 L 3947 CC V8 1994 - 1995
Land Rover Discovery 4.0 L 3950 CC V8 1996 - 2002
Land Rover Discovery 4.6 L 4554 CC V8 2003 - 2004
Land Rover Range Rover 3.9 L 3947 CC V8 1995 - 1995
Land Rover Range Rover 4.0 L 3950 CC V8 1995 - 2000
Land Rover Range Rover 4.6 L 4554 CC V8 1996 - 2002
So there you have it. Purchase and install at your own risk.

They do need to be bled after install. Start the engine, crack the nut on the back of the gauge and wait until oil begins flow out.
I much prefer hydraulic and thermocouple gauges over electric, but others like electric more.
