oil sender leak

Haven't checked, if it still leaks its so minimal I don't see a drip stain, oil sender was leaking internally, that pressure valve had bad oring

Silly question for you, but is it possible to remove the pressure relief valve and replace the o-ring without draining the oil, or will I end up covered in oil?

I did not drain oil don't recall if any came out

It was a royal pita to get back in, hold and reinstall the snap ring

Was the oil line removal necessary to access the relief valve?
