Old girl still has it
I made the 700 mile trip from nc to Ohio yesterday without any hitches. Other than being passed by semis on the uphill sections of I77 through West Virginia. I even got the best gas mileage that I've gotten in years,15 mpg on 245/75s so probably closer to 16 if you calculate the tire difference.

I made my first ever trip to Ohio last summer for the 2012 edition of this event, and plan on being there again this year in mid-June

I drove my defender to the Arkansas Rover Society Spring rally last weekend about 200 miles away. It's got about 67 horsepower and is very low geared.... I got passed by semis even going downhill. Going uphill sometimes I would even turn my flashers on.

I'm up here to work at a nuke plant, hopefully ill get done in time to make it back for the uwharrie safari on the 11th. A buddy of mine said I was crazy for trying to drive it that far, then when I told him I was planning on stopping on the way back to go wheeling he really thought I had lost it.

Note, most of easier trail rides never seem to make the videos or pictures, but they are there Hope to see you there. If you have more questions feel free to PM me, and I will be glad to give you a phone number and discuss any questions you may have.
