My 95 is having issues again. I have replaced the transmission and transfer case some months ago. I came out the other morning and it wouldn't move. Just neutraled in gear. I moved the transfer case shifter over to lock it in and it moves. I made sure the driveshaft and rear diff are ok. So I swapped in a spare transfer case and it does the same thing. Either I have to doing the same thing or there is something else going on. The linkage seems to engage. I also notice that in park and not locked in I can push the truck. So its not locking in the rear driveshaft. I have to assure its something up with the linkage. Its just odd. For now I am driving with is locked in. So I guess its front wheel drive.
