Default ordered my parts

So I'm new here and I ordered some parts for my 95 disco. I have to replace the dizzy cap, rotor and vacuum advance. I was wondering though if that would affect the timing? I just bought her last Tuesday. And I'm new to the Rover. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I saw on here step by step on the Vacuum Advance. Which already helps HUGE. This site is awesome.

As long as you do not move the dizzy and only replace the cap and rotor no it will not effect the timing.
But if you remove the dizzy from the engine then yes, it will change the timing.
