Default A-Pillar Finisher ?

Hi,
How is the rubber A pillar finisher held in place? I understand getting it out will more then likely destroy the old piece but is installing the new one straight forward?

I am trying to gain access to the right upper corner of the roof/windshield area.

Thank you,
Matt

Walt,
Now that I see the piece I see what you mean. Any adhesive used for installation besides the strips already on the piece. Tap in with a mallet?

I am referring the exterior piece, AWR2023. Anyone have any ideas? Wondering if they are set onto the windshield edges prior to installing a new windshield?

Not sure what part that number is, but the windshield goes in first. Then the lower cowl under the wipers.
The 2 small top corners slide on to the drip rail.
Then 3 metal clips get pushed on to the long plastic side trim pieces. Those pieces then snap into the metal frame on each side of the windshield.
