Default Please help ID this bumper

I'm buying this bumper - does anyone recognize it? It's got an ARB sticker but I don't see one being offered like this - now anyway.

Parts of it might have come from ARB but there is some backyard fab that has been applied to it

Still a good deal at $300 in your opinion?

If you like it and it seems to be welded up well, then go for it.

For me no I would not have any interest in that. Maybe for $100 if I really needed a bumper. I would cut all the added steel off of it though.

Looking at the stinger welds I'd say it's absolutely a cob job. That brush bar would bust right off if tapped. I could make a bumper for less than what they're asking and it would be up to par for trail use.
