Yes, I believe its called the cabin air filter.

Yep, did that to mine, and cut an additional piece and stuffed it into the duct that is the fresh air intake for the HVAC system, it leads straight down to the interior fan. My fan was full of leaves, pulled three bolts and it dropped right down.

What's the fun in that? I can spend twice that on gas to go to the Lowes, and know in advance that I won't be able to leave the tool area empty handed....

This was before I knew I could make them... They came in a filter kit, air filter, oil filter, transmission filter, pollen filter... ect... total it was more like $50.

A simple, through the wall A/C filter, cut to size and doubled up works for me.
