The IACV and TPS need to be reset with a computer, you cant do it.
That hose is your PCV system, remove the hose and in the valve cover is a little plastic oil separator thing, take it out and clean it, put it back.
I old lawn mower gas line to replace my bad hose, you can buy the PCV kit from Atlanticbritish.com
As for the throttle body heater, I have never messed with one so I dont know what to tell you.

Discomedic, no, you didn't lead me down the wrong path, I just walked to far...
I first tried to simply unplug the TCS, When I did the truck seemed to idle at a steady 2k. Pluged in it can't seem to hold any idle speed for very long, and ends up at around 100/200 rps just on the verge of stalling, but holds on. Even if I turn up the idle manually, like I do in the video, the truck seems to compensate for that and turns it down... Seems to be a point right at 1000k Rpms that when reached the truck instead of idling goes into the weird idle dropping state.
If you notice in the video it does it. At about 19 seconds into the video the truck idles itself down... 2min into the video I manually turn up the idle to just about 2k, as indicated by the tach. if you also notice, it stays there... steady. at the 3 min mark, I turn it down to 1000k... by 3:19 it's already idled itself down to 100 RMPS again.
I knew better than to remove the TCP, thought hmmm maybe I could swap the known good one from my other truck... fortunately I didn't take it off my daily driver cause as soon as I saw what it was I realized I might have screwed up....
Another thing I noticed was the plug for the TCP was full of water... could have shorted it out.
I'm going to just hold off going further with this part of the rebuild until I have the new springs and shocks installed, that way I can drive it into Chattanooga to have it looked at closer.
Where is the best price for the TCP and IACV? Or who would you suggest getting them from?
