I personally think that you would be better off throwing a SBC in there instead of 'trying' to build up the 4.0. A lot cheaper in the long run. Others may disagree, but you have to do the math yourself. Download the RAVE and read up. They are not difficult, just special.

The easiest way to get a little more power is to go get a 4.6L rover v8 out of a GEMS P38 Range Rover. It's still not going to be very fast though.
