Pulling to the left

Pulling to the left
Hello,
I've been trying to troubleshoot this for awhile now.
SYMPTOMS:
Car pulls left when no pressure is applied to the steering wheel. Also, if I'm on the ramp for example going towards left, once i turn the steering wheel it will keep that path, but if I'm doing same going to the right, the steering wheels goes slowly to the left.
Car wanders once in awhile on the straight, especially if the road is uneven on both sides, feels like each wheel tries to follow its own path.
WHAT'S BEEN DONE SO FAR:
OME 2" suspension lift kit installed (Shocks + Struts)
Sway bar bushings to the frame changed
Panhard rod - new installed
Terrafirma Track rod / drag link assembly installed
New wheel bearings (front)
Steering damper replaced
Rear Trailing arms (terrafirma with corrected caster for lifted trucks) along with new bushings for the arms (both sides)
Wheel alignment done twice. One today again just to be sure.
Results from todays alignment shop (major differences for sides):
After alignment:
LEFT FRONT CASTER: 1.0 RIGHT FRONT CASTER: 2.2
REAR LEFT TOE: +0.36 REAR RIGHT TOE: -0.25
These two things they mentioned and also said its impossible to adjust.
Ideas?

This is like a throwback to the '90's and Bilstein's first Land Rover steering dampers. They had a propensity to pull the truck, too. Back then, everyone advocated using OME dampers instead of the Bilstein's. Might not be a bad idea to remove the damper and see if it remedies the problem.
