Cam sensor is below the water pump on the engine cover. The crank sensor is on the drivers side about where the starter is on the passenger side. The cover is a pita to remove when the left exhaust manifold is in place. It's a pair of 6 or 7 mm bolts of differing length that hold the assembly in place.

I think that is whats getting wet (cam sensor) and giving me idle issues after water crossing...because now think of it..when I changed out my thermostat...i got antifreeze all over the water pump...when I cranked the engine..it started to do the same erratic idling as when I cross water...BINGO

Make sure the wiring is in good shape. Clean everything up, including the sensor itself. You don't want to know how much a new one is going for these days. Thanks to Ford destroying so many of the Land Rover legacy parts, the last time I checked, I could buy a DI for less than the cost of a CPS new.
