ive been hunting for a good waterproof setup that included fuses and relays and didnt have much luck - all the marine stuff i found didnt have enough circuits in it.

Try this place, they are in the UK but they have a lot of good stuff..

VWP - relay sockets

waytek, and digikey somewhat, sell stuff like those terminal blocks for cheap. none of them are waterproof per-se...
im sure with enough dielectric globbed on there it shouldnt be an issue. i suppose if standing water is up there for long enough then thered be other problems

maybe i should just stop worrying about it :P
