look what i found from Hayden Automotive....just got added to my top ten mods list.

Or, for less than $20 use your factory headlamp squirter lines and pump and just change the spray tips to misting tips from Home Depot.

In extreme environments, when you're idling for long periods or barely moving, the radiator/radiator fan and ac condensor fans may not move enough air through your radiator to keep your truck cool, so some have opted to installing/making a misting system that sprays water into/onto the radiator to cause evaporation = lower temperatures when the fans are on.

I've never seen any concrete info on if this works or not, but heard it is quite common on some expedition vehicles in the deserts (saudi)????

It's a technique used by drag racers to quickly cool down the radiator between rounds of racing. But, they aren't using a system attached to the car. They'll use a garden sprayer in the pit area.
