Disco life that's same as I have works fine, seems to be sold under different names

The plastic plug is sold by every rover parts place , call lucky 8 ,some sell it in brass

 

I think they meant plastic "side tanks" not caps....... dunno. I know I don't need a rad shop to replace my radiator bung.

it is at good price,,, 100.xx and it come well packaged .. fits exactly as the original.. just keep out the old one and keep in the new one...

What year did you install in? Description shows 2000 and up. Asking cause this is the d1 forum, are you saying it fits in a d1?

 

that is for a D2 and will not fit your D1, the rads on ebay with the plastic tanks are fine.
D1 & RRC are the same radiator, i got mine from A&M autoparts on ebay for 240 W a 10 year warrentee

 

yes .. it is for a disco 2... .sorry I didn't saw that the thread was for a disco 1....

it is a 2001 discovery 2.
