Cool Radio dead

I have a 1995 Discovery, my alternator went bad and after I replaced it, the radio no longer works. I've checked the fuses and tried the radio code. It turns on but makes no noise. Any ideas?

Did you check both fuses; F3 Main fuse box (dash/fascia fuse box) & F6 Satellite Fuse Box 2?
If both are OK you might want to try disconnecting the battery for a few hours and then enter the CODE again. I had to do that on a '95 RRC.

If it's showing code dont unhook the battery. If the wrong code is entered too many times they have to be powered on and not touched for an hour or so

If the display indicates it's working it could be the amp. On a 95 its under the passenger seat and I think it has a fuse on the back.

I have a 96 and I'm not sure if the factory amp is the same, but it has a 7.5 amp fuse on ii is blow. that would prevent sound from working.
