The radio in my Disco is junk. LCD screen is all leaky and stuff. I bought this:

Is there anything special I need to know about putting a radio in it? The P.O said the alarm is run through it so that's why he did not bother putting one in

 

nope he was wrong. just wire that up and you should be good. occasionally there are ground issues but I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes a problem.

 

also will need an antenna adapter and the fit for the radio is slightly off, they make a trim piece but most people don't worry about it.
