Default rear bushings

The potholes have taken their pound of flesh. This winter (plus a 16+ year old vehicle) has created some 'clunks' and 'thunks' in my rear suspension when travelling over anything but the smoothest highways.

I don't wheel my truck (unfortunately) so the roughest this vehicle sees is the pot hole ridden avenues of NYC and the surrounding territories (and some of those pot hole fields on the Long Island Expressway are truly terrifying at highway speeds). I've owned it since new and other than new shocks front and rear, it has not had any suspension work.

So, from what I read the orange polybush are the preferred kit (or should I consider blue?)...actually the more I read the polybush may not be the way to go..... I'll probably start with just the trailing arms in the rear and maybe the anti-roll bushings.

Any other words of wisdom? Deals, sources, good jokes, special tools?

I like the Orange as a good compromise between the blue and red. However I wheel my truck pretty hard. For a daily driver / non off roader I'd go with rubber replacement, or the Blue.
If you go rubber, DO NOT get the cheapest ones possible! They will likely be the garbage quality All Makes.
You want the ones with the G after the part#. These will either be Genuine Land Rover or the All Makes equivalent which is their PR2 line.

Atlantic British may not have the better quality, its hard to tell from their site as they only list one item. But RovahFarm lists both the sh*t quality and the Good quality for the same part #.

Think rovers north has best price on a poly kit mine seems decent, I have orange they are fine on and off road , a clunk in the back can be sway bar, a bad shock, bad bushing, bad upper a arm ball joint or a combo, if you do rear bushings do the ball joint it will already be apart and it is a cheap part to buy

Got an orange polybush kit from Lucky8. It had the trailing arm bushings with the kit. Made a world of difference on the long trips. I also had them send me the ball joints front & rear. The kit didn't come with sway bar bushings, but I replaced them too.
