Default Rear window fuse

I’ve read through every rear window not working thread in the world but none have mentioned the fuse blowing when the ignition is turned on. When they first quit I did the ecu by-pass and they worked fine for a few weeks then started the fuse blowing along with the fan fuse also blowing, un-did the by-pass and the fan started working again but not the windows. Took the ecu out and re-soldered the suspect joint still same results. Fuse blows as soon as key is turned, anyone experience this before?
Thanks, T.R.

I would check the solder work and make sure you don't have any solder bridges making contact with other traces. After that start checking wires for shorts to ground. The first place I would check is the door where the wires go from the frame to the door.
