Default Car died

hey guys I have a 2006 Range Rover 3ltr vogue I was driving the other day and all of a sudden the dash board stopped working only thing working was the led for mileage etc . Pulled over and my air suspension started to sink . So finally got it home picked up a new battery for the beast and it Struggled To start finally got it started and hey no dash board lights again no air supension either. Didn’t get any errors on the led either looked at the rocker switch it turns on then off . So I checked all the fuses engine bar , passenger side and rear fuse boxes no fuses gone . But I noticed No power to fuse 1-7 on the passenger side fuse box any help would be great

Perhaps a fusible link before the fuse block?

Hello I’ve checked all the linkable fuses on top and by the bulk head . I get 12.8 volts into the fuse box and all the fuses part from the first 7 fuses when I disconnect the white plug that’s on top they get 12 ish volts not sure if that’s normal
