Default Rear windscreen wipers not working

Gday,
just got an old 1997 discovery 1, just working through some bits that aren’t working and have come across my rear windscreen wiper not getting any power to the motor. checked fuses, checked motor I’ve got power to the switch and I’ve replaced the switch still no go. Any ideas would be awesome
cheers

start out by downloading the RAVE manuals, then start tracking the wiring. these old D1's can be a bit of work when it comes to electrical problems, but they are fun when you get everything working!! My guess would be a bad connection towards the back

If you replaced the switch with another used switch I would look into cleaning the switch first.

pull that switch out of the dash, spray the internals with contact cleaner (or MAF cleaner) and see if that fixes it. The switches are not difficult to take apart and clean.
