Default Rear wiper and rear fog buttons

So the rear defrost rear fog buttons did work, now its snowing hard and they dont iirc they work relays under the seat? Ideas where to start since its cold and snowing prefer to not be outside for hours

I think the switches themselves get old/corroded. You can simply pull them directly out of the dash binnacle, disconnect, disassemble, and attempt to clean with electric parts cleaner. I have a couple that need attention as well.

I had the same issue once you remove the switches from the dash make sure to remove the bulbs before disassembling the switches using 2 flat blade pocket jewelers screwdrivers press into rear of switch to unlock the 4 small tabs, then slide apart, use an eraser some electronic cleaner to clean the contacts as they will have corrosion on them then apply a little die-electric grease and assemble. Plug into car and test remember to start the vehicle I believe the rear defroster will not work unless the ignition is on. Good luck.
