I was looking at those, do they include instruction of how to install?

Don't remember. It's not that difficult. I'll try to snap a pic for you tomorrow.

They just screw on, no instructions needed.
Just do a Google search for them.

You can wrap a loop around the frame underneath in case of emergency. For the rear end, they make one that plugs into your trailer recptacle. Yopu can also mount a square receptacle under the front.

They are only as strong as the weakest point, so if mounted poorly, you will ****** it off as well.

With these though you'll have to trim your bumper or the first time you use it the strap will most likely break the lower part of your bumper.

Looks like the Jate rings are mounted via a tube welded onto the frame. Doesn't even go through the frame. Seems pretty easy to tear off.

Apparently there are multiple designs and makes of JATE rings on the market. Again you have to be careful that what you do buy is well made and that the attachment method is robust to avoid failure.

Extreme 4x4 Ltd JATE RINGS

These look more prone to failure since there are more points that could come apart.

Jate Rings
Look at the mounting pics. Those look about as strong as the factory tie downs.

I'm not trying to bash them, I just don't thing the mounting points are near as strong as they would like us to think they are.
