Default Remove Door Guard

Hey everyone, new here.

I just picked up a 1997 Rover Disco 1, and I want to wrap the exterior due to some aging paint. Does anyone know if the door bump guards on the exterior are screwed in or glued? I can't find any information online about it.

Or could be nylon push-in clips. You'll find out when you remove the first one

Ask this guy - he just removed his.
scroll down to the bottom pics of this post (bed liner spay/on jack stands pics)- looks like some hole in the door panel - possibly clipped in too.

You will have holes if you remove them.
