My 97 is just not putting out the kind of cold it should.

Today I had a friend pull a vacuum on the system and recharge, the low pressure is off... a steady 60 on the low pressure side (should be about 30) and 225 on the high. it was about 100F outside... to the high pressure looks to be right on the money.

I'm guessing these means my expansion valve is shot... Any other Ideas before I tear this system apart to get to it?
