Scored a used OME lift
Timing isn't that good for me but it's the third time I see a lift kit for my Disco advertised on the net and this time I don't really want to pass on it. But the problem is it's a extra heavy duty consisting in a pair of 2766 springs, a pair of 2763 springs and four shocks, and the guy claims it gave his truck 4½ inches of lift. Which I'm very doubtful about because to my knowledge OME doesn't make lift kits higher than 3 inches. This means his truck was sagging a lot when he put it in.
If it really gives 4 inches of lift I'll have to change the radius arms, trailing arms etc, etc. So is the seller wrong about his lift kit? Am I right about OME not making taller than 3 inches?

I had the 2763 in the rear and 2764 in the front of mine and that setup gave me 3" of lift I think the 2766 is just a little heavier then the 2764 so I doubt it would give you 4-4 1/2"
http://www.expeditionexchange.com/ome/indexsprings.php that has a chart about halfway down showing them to be 3" lift.

Not sure what he's asking for it but IF one came up for sale in my area I would grab it. I was quoted $230.00 for shipping alone on a 3" kit to my State. I only know of maybe 5 lifted Rovers in my state and those guys arn't selling parts/kits.
