Yes, it's a P0446 for sure. I guess I failed to mention that earlier since I tend to look the code up and clear it as I try to find a fix on the boards. Also, I didn't want to lead anyone down a laundry list of this, that and the other. Since I'm not a mechanic, I kind of want to take it step by step and learn as I go along.

A quick history: I initially had a P1447 Evap purge valve and P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire. Saw that the purge valve could be swapped using a Hyundai purge valve. I did that, changed the gas cap and changed the plugs and wires. P0304 is gone and hasn't come up. The evap purge valve code comes up from time to time leading me to believe it was the hoses or the canister. I did blow compressed air through the canister and cleaned the purge valve hoses. I haven't done a smoke test on this nor have I checked the circuitry. I've also changed the fuel filter.

So for now:
P1447 has gone away. Yay.
P0304 is gone. Yay.
P0446 is still lingering. Boo.

Time to bust out the fine-toothed comb.

So, I haven't checked the fuel assembly just yet because the problem may have been that the purge vent solenoid wasn't plugged in all the way, in fact, it was out of its harness. Snapped it back in to place and I haven't gotten any emissions-related codes.

Of course NOW, if it's not one thing, it's another! Perhaps it's related, perhaps not. Idle is slightly irradic by about 500 rpms. It could be a little less, but either way, the rpms go up and down when I start to brake and as I coast. The rpms are within normal limits however, the engine seems to want to take an extra breath here and there.
