I painted my roof rack lights today. They used to be chrome and started to rust so i painted them with rustoleum bumper trim black. They look so much nicer and much more factory.

I picked this up this weekend.. 1.4 LT230 - gonna pull the t-case out of the black one, buy a rebuild kit and the Ashcroft cross pin and make a bullet proof case.

took a little trip to my dad's cabin in southern missouri. 300+ miles round trip. ran perfect except for the not working AC.

even did a little off roading. since i was the only 4x4 made sure the john deere was running first just in case i buried the wheels in the creek some where. even stock this truck does well. i'm looking forward to finding some trials to ride around the saint louis area.

1996 discovery w/183,000 miles.

I think you can squeeze another light in there.

Thanks Honda

Dialed that in on the adjustable, threw a little PB Blaster on the bottom fittings, and it came right apart.

Took me a whole hour to replace that dang prop valve last night. I should have put it right-side up the first time....

Now just need to bleed it. Where is my neighbor when you need him....

Replaced the driver's side hub assembly and nut axle, braking a 32mm socket in the process.

Bleed the brakes last night, all looks good....

Then, I re-install the intake assembly and started her up. Tach went up to 2k and held, like on a warm up cycle? I looked for any binding, but did not find any hold ups on the the cruse and the throttle cable. Hit the throttle a few times, then it went down to 500, then back to 750....???

I must have dislodged something when I stuck a rag in the TB (to keep things from going in).

I guess i will be doing some cleaning tonight...hope nothing else goes wrong....

find some waterproof relay box setups?

i looked all over a while back for marine stuff but nothing had enough relays to fire off 4-6 lights without doubling up the available relay boxes.
maybe just building some relay racks and dielectric greasing them would be enough....
curious to see what you end up doing
