Why the limit strap with 12" shocks and cones? Are those RTE rear springs?

If you want a good sturdy exo-cage you should probably have it custom built to the truck. I don't know what they cost but I know its not cheap. This is a custom exo-cage a local fabricator did on my buddies truck...he also built my bumper and sliders.

Default What I did!

I changed my oil and oil filter. I used a Mobil 1-301 and Rotella T 15w40, I also drained the trans fluid and added new, It was a fast easy job, when I started it up it was knocking like crazy, worse than it ever did. But it seems better now, I am guessing it took awhile to get oil up in all the lifters and such.

I think I found my oil leak also, the gasket on the oil filter was out of place and I could loosen the oil filter with very little pressure. Hopefully that was it.

Good luck on 16" coil overs on a budget. That is a seriously bad *** rover though. I installed 11.25" shocks and RTE mounts and removed the sway bar today. Didn't have enough time to get the poly cones on before it rained. Here are a few pics.

The front of that truck is running the $afari Gard 3-link, same as Jake. Run coil-overs on normal radius arms
and you'll be disappointed.

Washed, waxed, back to black. She's looking good.

Finally welded driver side slider to make it 1 piece so it wont bend up and rub on my door when it opens.

Then I tried to see what it would take to fit the rover into the garage. The answer 10 PSI in the rear tires and it BARELY fits. I think if I lose the roof rails it should fit aired up.
